1976 barbie doll pink and blue eyes

This vintage 1976 Barbie doll I am calling "fresh from the shower" Barbie! She has BLUE AND PINK eyes, white pearl earings, and PINK and blnde braided hair. Did she come out the box that way? I don't have a clue. She has bendable knees, and I do believe her face is hand painted. She wants a new home, how about yours?
