1970s Vintage Hawaiian Red Floral Ruffle Dress

Adorable 1970s floral dress with a Hawaiian vibe to it. Vibrant print, flutter sleeve and collar. 26” waist, 34” bust, 42" total length (please keep in mind all measurements are approximate). Some stretch the the fabric, I am not sure of content but likely a poly blend. Aside from small seam opening (less than 1” on back of waist, pictured), very strong and vibrant with no other flaws of note.
