1970s Red Halter High Low Dress by ILGWU In good condition but some threading at the hook & eye placement are loose at neckline as photographed in the last photo. The hooks can still be fastened but may need some reinforcement for long term wear. At the center back seam, an eye is missing from the hook & eye placement above the zipper. - UPDATE: Hooks were fixed. Approximate Measurements: B- 34, W- 32, H- 36 Neck to Hem (at shortest length)- 47, and Armhole- 22. Dress form is a Size 6 and this fit me comfortably and I am a size 6.
