Brand new old stock vintage with tags!! By the 1970’s brand Happy Legs and has the union tags still sewn in. Very rare piece. Adorable light/baby pink color and the most unique high rise tie pants. They have side buttons and pleats. Vintage size 7, would best fit XS/small. Made in USA! Waist: 12.75” flat (25.5” waist) could also fit a 24” Rise: 13” super high waisted Inseam: 31” Pit to pit: 18.5 Length: 22.5”
