1970’s MUURLA HANDKERCHIEF Glass Vase / 8.5 INCHES TALL / Scandinavian Art Glass

Muurla, a major Finnish design house, started in 1974 as a glass blowing factory. One of their claims to fame were these very decorative ‘handkerchief’ vases. The ruffled shape of the textured glass is very artistic whether it is used as a vase or just displayed as a work of art. The vase measures 8.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches wide and is in excellent used condition - I don’t think it has ever been used as a vase.
