In good vintage condition! There are pen marks as pictured, I haven’t dry cleaned the dress to get them out but I’m sure they’ll come out as the cleaners have always been able get pen marks out of my stuff. No size on the dress but it could fit a small or medium. I’m a size 4 and 5’6 for reference.
