Brown velour with embroidered flowers 🌹and red piping. Good vintage condition. Tag lists girl’s size Large (14). It seems true to size, looks like a juniors small to me✌🏼 would probably fit a women’s XXS. Pit to pit: 17” Bottom: 13” without stretching Length: 21” Shoulder tips: 13 1/2”
