1970's Full Tiered Skirt of Cream Colored

The Full Tiered Skirt of Cream Colored Cotton is banded at each full tier and at the hem with various colors of green and red ribbon taffeta ribbon and rickrack. Three hook clips and a zipper finishes off the waist and fully functional. The skirt is hand made by Betty Johnson in amazing condition. Waist is 26" and skirt is 32" in length.
