1970s Dark Blue Shirtwaist Dress with tie belt

Size XXS to XS (70's size 5) Above knee, about mid thigh length, small amount of stretch, could fit an XS. Some underarm staining on the inside of the sleeves and a couple thread pulls (pictured). Adorable mini dress that would be great for summer or fall. Measurements are taken flat and doubled. Please allow for half an inch of variance. Waist 23", 25" tight Bust 31", 33" tight Skirt length 20"
