1970s Blue Skirt with Pocket

This dress has no makers tag. It is from the 70s according to the lady I bought it from. The tag says size 8, but in today's size it would not be. The waist is 12 inches while lying flat, with the hips at 19 1/2 inches and 28 inches in length. It is a beautiful baby blue skirt.
