1970s Black Velvet Maxi Skirt with Embroidered Pocket

No tags at all, and this substantial-bodied velvet is likely some combination of rayon and/or silk. Constructed in panels that have had a separate layer of black gauze-like facing added on the inside. Hem is finished with seam tape. Elastic waist, side zipper, large embroidered pocket. Flat measurements are 11"-14.5" across the waist given the stretch of the elastic. Hips are 24.5" across. It's 40" long. In great condition. It's clean now, and care is dryclean only.
