1970’s Baby Blue, Polyester, Long Sleeved Dress

I love this dress! It’s baby blue, polyester, unsized (I think it would fit anyone from a size XS-M because of the elastic waist), includes the tie belt, has a button down top and buttons at the end of each sleeve cuff, and has baby blue lace appliqué down each sleeve and the chest and around the mandarin style collar.
