1970's BRIGHT MAXI SKIRT 70's vintage M

Velvety soft synthetic maxi skirt, early 1970's era. Hook/bar closure on the side, and side slash pockets. No tags inside, maybe homemade? Waist is 30" at rest, and stretches to 33". 40" long. Excellent condition, such a great piece!
