1964 GI JOE w/ talking capability ( works but not able to understand)

Has speaking capability but cannot make out what is actually being said. Right hand has been repaired but bearly noticeable. Just cannot move. Some of his beard is missing on the right side as shown. Comes with yellow jumpsuit w/ zipper ( has some minor stains as shown but I actually think it lends to the GI Joe outfit. Green jacket and black boots.
