1960's vintage black organza mid length formal gown

Rappi black organza with velvet stripes tea length formal gown. Vintage true retro cocktail dress. I'm not positive of the age but with some research I believe it to be 1960's. Stiff netting layered full pedicoat with a layer of satin lining bottom. Black velvet cinch waist. Black velvet ribbons form the stripes. Velvet spaghetti straps. no size tag. Note the overskirt has a tiny hole looks like possibly a small burn repaired with 2 stitches. Adding a pic with a measuring tape to gage how small it is.
