1960’s vintage Jackie jacket with matching belt

Silk exterior (best guess) with covered buttons. Peachy pink. Sweet heart neck. 3/4 length sleeves. Cropped waistline. Matching belt. One button is coming loose and the upper hook closure at neck is missing. Arm pit fabrics inner is discolored and torn. Well made vintage garment. No tags. Equivalent to a size 4 (best guess). Measurements under arms while laying flat and buttoned is 19.5”, front jacket along button line is 16.5” long, as is sleeve from shoulder to cuff. Belt is 29.5”.
