1960s big bow dress

Authentic 1960s dress with bow with long tie down front. Arm material slightly sheer. Good vintage condition except for slight discoloration on lower bow as shown in pictures. Can be worn as mini dress or tunic. 17 inches from pit to pit Backstory: This item was recently found in a suitcase that had not been opened since 1972. The owner was a young Colombian woman who was staying with a family in New York but had to leave suddenly to return to her country and left her suitcase behind.
