1960s Vintage Twirly Gold and Cream Midi Dance Dress

Very cute, twirly vintage dress-- from the brand 'Junior Sophisticates'; this label was created by designer Anne Klein, which ran through the 50s and 60s-- meant to cater to women who were particularly petite or small frame. The fabric is clearly a metallic synthetic fabric; with a paisley-lie pattern. Sleeveless with a midi (knee) length circle skirt. Matching belt. Dress has a few snags, but its biggest problem is that its discolored in some places-- mostly on the belt and neckline. A great deal of that discoloration came out when washed, so more may yet come out with a little effort. The final pic shows the nature of the discoloration. Maybe not great for casual wear, but could be fabulous on stage or for photos. No size tags remain, but well suited to an XS. Measurements coming soon!
