This is such a cute mini dress! The dress looks like something Susie would have worn in Moonrise Kingdom if she had embraced prints! The dress is an adorable print of pink and purple flowers, with white doves on a gray background. The best feature is the rounded, oversized peter pan collar. Dress has an empire/babydoll waist. Could be worn as a mini dress or tunic top. Tag says "R.A.R. Fashion Designer." Fit is very small. Excellent condition. Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat.
