Murano went through a phase in the 1960’s creating multiple pieces in emerald green mixed with various colors, yellow, orange, red and sometimes infused with gold. This piece is a graduated scallop vase, controlled bubbles and infused with gold. The makers mark is missing but I can feel the pontil at the base and have compared it to similar pieces from that era. Flawless except for small areas you can only feel, not see, indicative of hand blown glass. Photos don’t do it justice - it is stunning.
