1960s Jacket Overcoat House Coat Handmade/ Tailored Vintage

Brand: Handmade or Tailor Made Size: No size tag please use measurements for Fit. Small/Medium Measurements: pit to pit 18", Length 37" Blue and Red Stripe with belt and pockets. No zipper or button closure. In excellent condition with no signs of wear or stains. I think it is a casual overcoat probably worn to the grocery store or while doing housework. Feels like Polyester so I don't think it's a bathrobe.
