1960’s HANDMADE dress

Handmade dress from the 1960’s. Can see pin in one of the bows because the bow is unraveling falling apart, but other than that in perfect condition and could be fixed by a moderate seamstress. Size S. Don’t have bust/waist measurements but will fit a slim body type. When I say slim I don’t mean petite. That would be xs-xxs.
