1960 vintage turquoise long formal evening dress

Emma Domb brand 1960s vintage evening dress. Empire waist with bow and pleated details on the front with button details on the back. The back has a zipper. There is a small water stain on the front right sleeve, please see photo. I have not tried to clean it.
