1951 Children's Book - "Little Friends"

Children's book circa 1951 entitled "Little Friends." Comprised of photos of real kittens, puppies, and bunnies made by well-known photographer Miss Rie Gaddis. 34 pages. The cover has some (understandable) wear but the pages are all intact. One of Rand McNally's "Famous Book-Elf Books." I've owned the book for 76 years and guessed at its current price.
