1950s/60s handmade vintage day dress

1950s or 60s handmade vintage dress, feels like a cotton/blend to me. This beauty has seen a lot and sustained some damage: seams pulling, fading/yellowing throughout. Would be best suited for a costume or to pattern. See pictures for measurements and condition.
