Vintage 1950s wool Neco hat. Union made. Dark chocolate brown. The stamp says “100% ______” with the actual material information missing. I am guessing it is wool because wool is standard for vintage Neco AND it feels like wool. This hat is XS-S. The hat mold is a 22 and this hat is too small to fit properly.
