1950s top & pants-hot pants underneath see-through lace material #white prairie

LABOR DAY SPECIAL Vintage 1950s, bought in an Oakland, CA antiques store in the 1990s with other unique clothing items belonging to the same person, a teacher and ambassador’s wife. This outfit is perfect for parties, special occasions, even for a wedding ! The top is lined inside with synthetic material, hot pants of the same material are covered by the lace pattern. The top covers the hot pants for a beautiful see-through effect. There is some minor fraying at the crotch area- see pictures, - it can easily be stitched together and absolutely unnoticeable 😉 there is a small worn out label so it’s not possible to say who the maker is. It wears like a 2-4. I wore it a couple of times and it was a compliment catcher! Very elegant! #White prairie #sheer lace
