1950s rubber baby doll about 10" tall with original dress eyes open‎ and close

She has eyelashes too eyes are like a grey color she has little marks like paint or pen on her, please see pictures as part of description. Im afraid to wash her dress it may fall apart it looks like hand sewn in places!
