1950s Vintage Will Steinman Pageant Evening Dress Ballgown

I bought this from a secondhand retailer to be my wedding dress, but it doesn’t quite suit me (original seller’s photos, not mine). Bust of the dress is 36”, waist is 26”. Hips are free, 55” long.This dress was purchased to be worn by a contestant in the 1952 Miss Virginia pageant, and has been boxed up since then. Absolutely gorgeous, just doesn’t suit my frame. Excellent condition for a dress that’s 70 years old!Small repair on hem of tulle and faint staining on the lining, but it isn’t visible because of the three layers of tulle.
