1950s Vintage Red Plaid Cotton Maternity Shorts With Button Waist Med to Large

True vintage 1950s bright red checked cotton longer length maternity high waist shorts with an adjustable button waist and inner tie. Pin up or Rockabilly style. A medium to large size. These were home sewn in the 1950s and they do not appear to have been worn. 3 buttons adjust the waist line to accommodate the increasing waist. An inner tie also closes the shorts. The button sides create small pockets. Waist from 31" to 37". Hips 11" down are 42" Hips lower is 46 The rise is 17" Side length is 22 1/2" In very good condition.
