1950s Vintage Mocha Brown Fabric Open Crown Large Platter Hat With Mink Trim

A large open crown mocha brown fabric platter hat from the 1950s. Trimmed with brown mink on the edges. By Laddie Nothridge. Note: As Is. A pleated fabric hat that is wider in the front with mink edges. The fabric feels like wool jersey. A large open circle crown. Lined in the same fabric. The front brim is 6" wide and tapers to the back. One size. This lovely unique hat has some scattered moth marks to the fabric, mostly in the back. Some on the underside. The mink is fine. See the photo of the damage to the back. A ribbon band and bow could be added to hide the damage in the back. Still a wearable hat even with the issues.
