This is a 1950s vintage tablecloth called the Vining cherries. This very well could be two tablecloths sewn together to make one large the measurements that you see for the length of 54 inches should be doubled to 108 inches. You could take a seam ripper and separate these two tablecloths to make them 54”x 54” in beautiful condition. It has been stored for probably the last 20 years. The only stain that I can see is shown in the picture very tiny.
