This door bell is in good condition. i opened the back and all pieces are there. There is a hole on the top and bottom that may have had screws in them but the pieces stays together without them. It measures 7x7x2.5. There is some paint on the side as shown in the pictures. There is also some scratches and spots as show in the pictures.
