1950s Liz Claiborne Plaid Pleated Skirt

This vintage skirt makes your waist look snaaatched! It's such a soft fabric and the way it drapes is so flattering. The pattern features beige, tan, brown, crimson red, ochre, and forest green colors. It's made up of 88% rayon and 12% wool and has a zipper and button side closure. Please note that it is a *vintage* size 12, so it fits a modern-day size 6-8. Please see measurements: - Flat waist: 15" - Length: 25.5" The care tag says 'dry clean only' but I washed it on cold/delicate cycle and I don't think it affected the garment. One cute quirk about this skirt is that it was hand-hemmed by someone in the past (pictured in two photos, view from inside and outside skirt). The technique is beautiful and really adds extra charm! The zipper still works but opens/closes a bit stiffly, so will need to be oiled. There are a few very slightly pulled threads that are impossible to see unless you're inspecting the skirt closely (the areas I could find are featured in the last three photos). No holes, rips, stains or discolorations that I can see. No weird smell. Comes from a smoke-free home.
