tanzanite07 Hi. Is it a quartz clock? Does it require batteries? Does it work?

briannaclark81 You may want to get a second opinion, because quartz anniversary clocks weren't being made until the mid 60's, not the 50's. Also, from everything I can find about this clock, like almost all quartz anniversary clocks, this one is worth about $30 at a high end. You'd be hard pressed to sell a 1950's mechanical anniversary clock for $250, definitely not $1200+. Quartz clocks just do not have the value of mechanical, sorry :(
