1950s? 60s? Pinup? Vintage sleeveless button-up top

1950s? 1960s? Pinup? Thin cotton-like, tan colored material. Buttons up the front with lovely embroidery and contrasting fabric appliqué. It’s a darling little blouse! No size or brand tag but does have a small rag with the number 46 on it. Possibly a size tag? It does have an extra button sewn into the inside. I’m not sure what Year manufacturers started doing that. Fits like a small.
