1948 Safety in the World of Today by Stack, Seaton, & Hyde, Vintage School Book

Topics include fire drills, mining safety, industrial hazards, dangerous driving practices, and the need for better laws and worker protections. Illustrated with black-and-white photos and suggested student activities, it’s a fascinating mid-century glimpse into public safety education.
