After WWII my grandmother became a Red Cross Volunteer. This was her introduction course, learning about the history and purpose of this amazing international organization. The book is paperback and in enviable condition. Her head wear is discolored with age and I did not want to risk cleaning it. The 3rd to last picture shows how it was worn.
