1946 S Wheat Penny Multiple Errors TAKING OFFERS PLEASE MESSAGE ME

1946 S multiple errors, faded 6, missing letters on both the front and back, penny is barely circulated, excellent condition. Trying to raise money to help my 81 year old mother pay her house taxes. Was told that this penny in this condition could range in the tens of thousands. So i am testing it here and on one other site to see if there is indeed interest on the item.
