Really awesome piece of loose vintage art! Saved from a house and a busted frame, just like 99% of the art that we sell! Check those photos, ask those questions, and let's get this thing a new home! It says Ox Cart Ambulance Luzon in pencil on the bottom left. 14.75" x 17" It says, I think, Richard W. Saa or Saan. USCG (I assume United States Coast Guard.) As part of the art itself, there are the artists initials within the serigraph as wel.
