1944 World War II Swiss Army fur backpack

Authentic vintage world war 2 fur backpack. Vintage Swiss Army backpack/rucksack. Dimensions are 18"x10"x4". This was made for the Swiss infantry troops in the mountains It has a wooden frame (top, sides, bottom) covered in brown fur which could be pony, deer or calf. The inside of the front flap, pouch and interior flap are made of a heavy mottled canvas. There are numerous straps for closure and attaching extra items. the leather is stamped “A. Greber Sattler Schötz 44"
