This copy of The Joy of Cooking by Irma Rombauer is a rare gem! This is the 5th printing of the classic cookbook, published in 1943. This is the WW2 edition that includes chapters on wartime rationing, as well as all of the classic sought after recipes our grandparents and great grandparents used. This is perfect for the vintage kitchen or collector. This book does have some wear in the binding and some of the pages but is in fairly good shape for being 80 years old.
