1940s velvet dress forcrestoration

Light blue velvet dress, worn in 1948 as a bridesmaid dress , ready for its restoration. Beautiful and in great shape structurally but has discoloration throughout with some crushed velvet spots. Bust: 21” Waist:15” hip:26” length: 53”
