1940's religious 10 point star medal

This is a 1940's sterling silver religious medal. This is a very tare piece and is surrounded by a marcasite star. It is aboutn1 inch around. Comes with a squared snake chain measuring 16 inches, also sterling silver. Both tested at 92.5% sterling silver. Purchased at an estate sale. No stones missing.
