1940's does 1980's CORNFLOWER BLUE BLOUSE S M

Cornflower blue blouse, with a unique and wonderful design! This is definitely 1940's inspired, but it's actually from the 1980's. Opaque polyester crepe, good quality, not flimsy or clingy. Gathered on the tops of the shoulders, and there are strong shoulder pads. The front has a unique crossover layered look, and the back has dramatic sashes draped from the shoulders. Tagged as an 8, runs a bit small by today's standards. I'm a S, and this fit me well. Great condition, lovely piece. Please compare the measurements below with a non-stretch top you have at home that fits well. Shoulders: 15.5" Sleeves: 23.5" Bust: 39" but meant to be worn loose, as it conforms to your body shape once it's on Length: 24"
