1940s Vintage Tan Straw Open Crown Wide Brimmed Halo Hat With Brown Ribbons

True vintage 1940s soft straw very wide brimmed hat with an open crown and brown ribbon accents. The crown has a large open halo shape and it is trimmed with brown ribbon. The wide brim is wider in the front and tapers in the back. It is formed to turn down slightly. The hat has a brown ribbon hat band that ends in bows and tailing ends. A brown grosgrain inner hat band. No label but a quality 1940s vintage hat. One size. The front brim is 5" and the open crown is 2". It can be tilted for a dramatic look. In very good condition with the straw being excellent. Only the ribbons in the back have wrinkles.
