brown leather shoes from the 1940s. original plaid laces and even their original box, note this is a " wartime box" that's why the shoes and description on the box do not match. companies would share their excess boxes with each other in a way to support the war effort. there is some discoloration to the soles due to light wear. see photos. shoes are in wonderful condition given their age but do show a little wear. I wore them once, just too narrow for me. they are a size 6.5 A so they are narrow! box has a little wear at the corners but it's an 80 year old box too. has original tissue paper as well. these would be a beautiful addition to any vintage collectors display. will entertain offers!
