Beautiful vintage 1940's Imperial Service Plate from Salem China Company. The border is 23K gold scroll pattern on cobalt blue. The Image is of 2 women and a young girl in Victorian dress on a wooded path with a church in the background. It measures 10.75" across. It is in very nice condition for its age with no crack, chips or crazing. The graphic is bright and colorful. The gold trim on the edge does have some wear but nothing major.
