I’m obsessed with this dress but just doesn’t fit me proportionally sadly. Your gain! She features small shoulder pads, a tie back, and a peplum detail. So so good. The fabric is like a textured cotton/rayon blend There are some repairs throughout and some dinginess to the collar but boy does she present well - I’d forgotten about all the fixes till I looked up the original listing Bust: 36” Waist: 14.5” (but can be cinched without tie)
