Amazing 1940s vintage dress with belt by Maggi, Maid of Lucerne. No size tag, but based on measurements would best fit a size 0-2. Good condition for age, fabric has no stretch. Please note the fabric has a textured feel, so it may not be appropriate for someone with sensory issues.
